Wes Daniel grew up in the South with a deep appreciation for real estate, working on construction sites from an early age through his twenties. After earning two engineering degrees and spending time in the corporate world, Wes followed his entrepreneurial drive and launched his own investment company—renovating homes, acquiring properties, and managing a growing portfolio.

Frustrated by overpriced and underwhelming property managers, he created Happy Campers BNB with one goal in mind: deliver reliable, boutique-style management that feels personal and gets results. Today, Wes owns and manages a thriving portfolio and is on a mission to make Happy Campers BNB the go-to short-term rental management team in Georgia.

With over 2 decades of experience in real estate, construction and guest services, Wes brings a hands-on, hospitality-first mindset to every property.
